This Privacy Policy describes how MIDAS GROWTH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("MIDAS GROWTH", "we", "us"), handles personal information and data obtained from the Meta Platform.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to this website and to internal applications maintained by MIDAS GROWTH LLC that connect to advertising platform APIs, including the Meta Platform APIs.
2. What we collect
Our applications are for internal business use and have no public login. We do not collect data from Facebook or Instagram end users.

What we do not collect
- User profiles, friend lists, photos, messages, or posts
- Sensitive personal information (health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, precise geolocation)
- Data from individuals under 18 — our services are not directed to minors
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.
3. How we use data
Data obtained from the Meta Platform is used solely to: create, edit, pause, and analyze advertising campaigns in the ad accounts we administer; generate internal performance reports; and detect operational errors.
We do not use Meta Platform Data to build independent user profiles, to target users outside Meta, or to combine it with data from other advertising platforms, consistent with Section 10.7 of the Meta Platform Policy.
4. Disclosure of information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose it only when strictly necessary:

Service providers act on our instructions and are contractually prohibited from using the data for their own purposes, consistent with Section 3.c.ii.4 of the Meta Platform Terms.
5. Retention and deletion

We delete Meta Platform Data as soon as reasonably possible when: it is no longer needed for a legitimate business purpose; the product or service is discontinued; Meta requests deletion to protect users; a user requests deletion; or deletion is legally required — consistent with Section 3.d.i.2 of the Meta Platform Terms.
6. Security
- Tokens and secrets are stored in environment variables, never in source code
- All transmission occurs over HTTPS/TLS
- Access is restricted to authorized administrators
- We do not transfer, share, or solicit Meta user IDs, access tokens, or app secret keys, consistent with Section 6.a.iv of the Meta Platform Terms
- Credentials are rotated if exposure is suspected
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Access a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing — note that we do neither
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we collect none
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
To exercise a right, email midas@midasgrowth.online. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by an additional 45 days where permitted, with notice. We will verify your identity before acting, typically by confirming control of the email address or account identifier involved.
You may use an authorized agent, who must provide written proof of authorization. For deletion, see Data Deletion.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
9. International users
We operate from the United States, and information we handle is processed there. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Prior versions are available on request.
